Terms & Conditions:

 

• All orders require a 50% deposit of the purchase price of each item ordered. Final deposit price is calculated by totaling the deposits for each item ordered. 

• Orders that are placed are not confirmed until the Full deposit is received.

• Full payment of the deposit must be received at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

• 10 percent of the deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled for any reason.

• Half of the deposit (based on totaling of deposits for each item) is non-refundable if order is canceled 30 up to 10 days from scheduled delivery or pickup.

• Full deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled 10 or less days from scheduled delivery or pickup. The exact same order can be renewed, reactivated, and reconfirmed for the same delivery or pickup date if contacted less than 24 hours from the time of cancelation and the total balance including a renewal fee is paid in full at that time.

• After 24 hours have passed since the cancelation the order cannot be renewed or reactivated and will require a new order with a new deposit. 

• A 10% of total purchase fee will be applied to any order that changes the day or time of the scheduled delivery or pickup after the order is placed, and furthermore does not guarantee delivery or pickup time on the new day or time. 

• The total balance of the order is due no later than 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in cancelation of the order, loss of deposit, and a non-payment cancelation fee. Additionally, the order will not be delivered or picked up until the full balance including any and all fees are paid in full.

• A refund request minus the deposit and applicable fees must be requested in writing for any unsatisfactory order. Refunds requests for unsatisfactory orders will be evaluated and considered on a case by case basis and require all of the following conditions: A) The order is returned within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup day and time, B) 75% or more of the original order is returned with 25% or less of the order consumed, C) The order has not been altered, tampered with, or had any addition or removal of toppings, flavors, accessories, or decorations, D) A detailed statement for the reasons the order was unsatisfactory is provided in writing. Failure to meet all the conditions will result in denial of requested refund.   

• I do not and will not make exact or almost exact replicas of another designer's cake. 

• Exact color matches are not guaranteed, and some minor color differences may occur. Minor differences in coloration will not be considered a valid reason to request a refund and will result in denial of any requested refund.

• Quotes are only valid for 5 days. After that time the price is subject to change if ordered later.

• Minimum order for any cake is $65.00 US dollars. Minimum order for any other items is $45.00 US dollars. Personal checks are not accepted.

• Any order of $150.00 US dollars or more requires advanced order placement of 45 days or more of the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Order placement less than 45 days from the delivery or pickup date will be considered a rush order and subject to a rush order fee.
